Nev Clay is a bit of a legend in his home town of Newcastle. Once described by Richard Dawson as ‘the finest songwriter I know’. High praise indeed!!

As mentioned above, Nev is a songwriter and musician from Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, known for his heartfelt contemporary folk songs. He has been active in the local music scene for over 30 years

we are very excited he is playing Angels Cut and also very happy that Anna Karila is supporting him. Two different generations making fantastic music.
